It was really strange... my arm hurts as if I just did 30 pushups, but it began hurting when I was jogging (which I did before pushups, situps, etc.) Why do you think this is happening? Is something wrong with me? And sometimes, a different muscle hurts than the one I am trying to work out. I don't understand; no one who's watching over me (P.E. teachers, fellow classmates) sees that I'm doing anything wrong. They just wonder how I'm doing situps, and end up with my thighs hurting, or jogging and having my arms hurt? Can someone answer seriously? I'm beginning to think my body's acting a little... weird... Thank you!

Really weird but even i have this problem. I was asking same thing to many but i realised that while jogging i sometimes jerk my shoulder so it may be causing that. Also i am doing few yoga exercise to over come this and now it has reduced.
I know other people will never understand that such thing cud happen but it does. You shund worry it isnt that serious thing. Observe your arm motionwhile jogging and do some yoga for strenthing your arm joints or physiotherapy will do.

If you're jogging, then your whole body will be sore. You have to stretch before you workout or do a warm up to stretch out your muscles. I think your arms are just sore, thats all.
