While in high school I would have chosen to have the relaxed fun teacher because I hated my strict teachers but after getting into college I realized that I learned a lot more from my strict teachers and I felt better prepared. I would prefer a teacher that can relax and have a little fun but also gets across all the necessary content that students need to know even if that means getting a little strict at times.

I would rather have a strict teacher that teaches you everything you need to know to get into college. This would most likely be a very intelligent teacher.

To be honest, I wish I could have a mixture. A good teacher is neither too relaxed or too strict. S/he is somewhere in between. But if I had to choose, I would choose the strict teacher because I would work hard to get a grade I truly deserved.

I think a bit of both. I want a teacher that can be fun, but yet they also teach you what you need to know. A teacher that knows when to shut the class up. For example: I have a fun teacher.. but she is HORRIBLY UNORGANIZED.. i cant stand it. Also I learn nothing in her class. But I also have a strict teacher. I have learned everything I need to know.. but she knows when to mix it up a bit and let loose.. but she knows when the moment has ended.

A strict teacher because if you dont learn anything you wont make it into collage! And if your teacher is cool and fun but doesnt teach you anything you need to go up to the school borders!

I would prefer strict BUT FAIR!

I have two professors now that are good teachers- but their grading is NUTS! Totally subjective.

Example... I could accept an 89% on our group assignment (which was GREAT!), IF the people who blew it off till the end and ADMIT they didn't try or fulfill the requirements didn't receive an 82%.

Strict and tough are GREAT....but you have to also have logic that is fair across the board!

i'm no longer a college instructor (properly, homeschool instructor!) yet I do prepare using and summer season horse camps. And confident, it does. If I even have an extremely annoying student, I won't even evaluate the call. Or if I be conscious a vogue of bratty teenagers with the comparable type of names (Hayleys, Emilys, and Madisons are evoked) I won't bypass close to a pair of those names in any respect.

As a teacher, that's a no brainer! I set high standards for my kids and don't let up until I know they are doing their best. Am I the most popular teacher? Maybe not. But will they thank me later? Yes!
