I need to know how the minimun to the maximum time a person could spend in prison for armed robbery.

Depends on the state but it's a serious crime in every state. In my state it's 10 to 40 years and if you're a good inmate you only have to serve 85 % of if.

Eric's answer is ideal on the money !! i'd desire he receives 10 - 15 . the only good component is because that is armned robbery he will do no a lot less then 5 years only for using a firearm contained in the fee of a criminal offense

It depends on what state you live in. What you rob if it is federal or state case. Sometimes a plan goes bad things will come up you thought would not happen. Breaking the lawe is never a good idal. No you wont come out to the better. If you are not already in trouble say out of it. If you are I hope you the best.

Don't do it, if you are thinking of doing an armed robbery. Any term in prison is too long. Beside, if you are armed, are you ready to use it and kill anyone who gets in your way?

it depends on what juge it is a felony so min 2to life youcould be charged with wepons in the commission of a felony an if you hurt some one charge after charge
