I know Php/MySQL pretty well and I was thinking about just using that for a website I am building.. but then I looked into Python and I have like fallen in love with it! I love the way its setup, its look.... just bout everything. I want to build my website with Python/MySQL but I would have to devote more time into learning Python a bit better. Would it be woth it to do so, or should I just stick with Php/MySQL?

Learning another language will not hurt. Python, in particular, is more easily extendable than PHP (PHP requires extensions written according to some very specific rules, while Python can integrate with general-purpose libraries).

As to your Web site, do you know a good hosting company that supports Python?

Does that not depend on your priorities?
What the website about? Is it a commercial one - one that you need to set up asap? Is it a hobby website and you can wait on it?
Have you already paid for the domain and the webspace and your counter has started ticking?
Do you know if the webspace vendor supports python as well?
Once you know how urgent is your need for the website, make a choice of either deploying a php/mysql based website immediately and add python support to it later, or go play around and put it up when you can!

All the best!
