Loss factor is the total losses in capacitor, including the dielectric loss and conductor loss. ESR (equivalent series resistance) is also the total losses of capacitor. What's the difference between Loss Factor and ESR of capacitor?

Is it attention seeking, or not?

People tend to think that people who cut themselves just do it for attention, but a lot of people do it not for attention at all and hide it, and it's two completely different things, but you only see the first kind cause the second one's invisible, but the point is that for a lot of people it's not an attention thing. But anyhow, I cut myself, and sometimes when I do it it's cause I'm mad at myself or upset about something and I just don't want to feel it anymore, but sometimes when I do it I want nothing more than for someone to see the cuts and do something about it, help me somehow. But even if that's what I was thinking when I did it, then afterwords I don't want anyone to see, and I wear long sleeves even in summer to hide it. But since when I do it I sometimes do want people to notice, then is it just attention seeking?

Where can I find out about doing a GCSE in Bulgarian?

I live in Bulgaria, but I'm English and I would like to do a GCSE in Bulgarian. Can anyone advise me where i can find out about this and where I can get past papers. Is there any age limits on taking a GCSE? My kids are now bilingual and it might be worth their while doing one too, but they are under 16.

we are moving and want to get rid of a ty beanie baby collection ..whats the best way to get these moving?

what should i do???

well me and my ex are kinda friends but not at times????he keeps confiding in me and telling me every thing thats going on from a-z and its driving me nuts......how can i put it to him litely not to confide in me so much....i hate hearing his problems.....and i can't just walk away from him like i can someone else...we do have a child together and thats what makes it so hard....and no feelings are there on my part....and men i would love your input.....

Should I send photocopies of my soc. sec. card, driver's license, and a utility bill for a credit card?

I have been "approved" for a credit card I applied for, but according to the approval letter, the issuing bank requires a photocopy of all 3 of the above items before my account can be opened. Additionally, a deadline of about 3 weeks is imposed. Is this legitimate? The letter says this is required by federal law. It seems like either a reasonable way to prevent fraudulent accounts, or just a clever scam. The credit card and circumstances of application otherwise seem reputable.

What happened to america?

While i'm taking a break off from college this semester to transfer to a different school, I'm working full time making about 11/hr.

But most of the adults/young men/women my age who work there, and didn't go to college seem to all talk/act/walk the same way. Everyone uses the word F*** more often than hello, they don't have regard for anyone, and they all believe that 911 was an inside job/listen to rap music.

What the hell is happening to this country.
