Keep it simple. "Hi, my name is...". Nothing real clever
or unusual. Why? It is interesting enough to meet a new person, and just having the confidence to introduce yourself is sexy, and sets you apart. Much more than that is overload.
Throw in a little info about yourself each time that you speak, to give her some clues: your school, your town, your hobbies...listen to her real close, and say her name a lot, people like to hear their name. Ask her about the music that she likes, what she likes to do - and does she want to go on a date with you. From the conversation, try to ask her to do something that she would like to do with you.
Get her cell - ask. And call her. Not every day, but 2, 3 times a week, unless she is your gf, then daily.

make a smart-*** coment or as a question that will make her think for a bit. Dont say ohh, i think your hot or you have nice eyes, because she will just say thanks and forget about you in approximately a millisecond. Ask her something like, how do you know when your attracted to someone, do you get butterflies in your stomach? Make her think about the question no matter how stupid it is, if she's thinking of the question, she will be thinking of the person who asked it and why did he ask it, then she'll will come and talk to you.

Get some balls chad.... Woman love seeing self confidence in another person and i'm guessing that you don't have that, It all starts with that. Start off with a hello and if she continues to walk, stop her... Ask her how she's doing and tell her your name. If she's worth your time she'll stop and talk to you... I've met alot of woman this way.

It's that simple. You don't need a line or a gimmack. Either she's attracted to you or she's not. Either you can carry a conversation or she can't.
Just be confident.
