I need some activities using math software to simply take up some time at the end of a class period. It doesn't have to be anything detailed, just a simple activity. Maybe something using Geometer's Sketchpad?

My husband is 29 I am 35 and we've been married for 4 yrs and I have two kids from other marriages,15yr old girl and 10 yr old boy. We have a 3yr old boy with defiant issues. It been a hard 4yrs. Went to counseling and this helped for a while.
Now back to the old ways.He doesnt feel FIRST in my life and he gets his feeling hurt so easily cries when we argue. I know I am not the easiest to live with but, for the most part I am more laid back and labeled "catalyst" (free and trying to please) my hubby is a "organizer" (wants things to be in place and right) We are total oppossites.
I feel like I walk on egg shells all the time because I never know what has hurt his feelings this time. it may be the age difference and that I've been through two marriages before him and this is his first. I know he is insecure but and I try to put him first but when you have a job, 3 kids, 2 dogs other family and friends its really hard. Any suggestions? He's a good man-but there is no fun left

I served our country(1981-1987). I remember being stabbed. I remember the first time I got shot at. Nobody ever forgets that. And I never regretted a moment of it. I did it for EVERYONE. All Americans.

Isn't it about time. ONCE AND FOR ALL. To send a BIG message on election day and vote Republican. John Kerry's statement was an insult to every one of us. And he easily could have just apologized, and claimed he was tired or mis-spoke. HE DID NOT.
Are you pissed at the Democratic party? Are you going to SHOW IT and VOTE REPUBLICAN?

I had H.P. Image Zone Plus on my computer which desided to stop workiing on me. I found it easy to use ( I am not good with fancy dancy programs). I am looking for a new program to buy that is easy to use, crops, zooms, changes things to jpg, etc. Some recomandations of programs people use would be greatly aprreciated. Since it isn't working anymore I can't edit my picture for printing. I have a Fuji camera ( I do have the software for it but don't care for it). I am not a proffecianal potographer, just a Mom that loves pictures. Thanks.

I have had a long distance relationship with my boyfriend for about 5 years now. He lives about 300 miles from me, we talk a few times a week, and we see each other about 2 or 3 times a month. He is unhappy in his job and really wants to move out of his small town and start a new life. So we have been talking for a few months about him moving into my house here in Atlanta. Last night, he called me saying he wants to move in next week. I am really nervous because I have never lived with a man other than my father. I am excited because I love him dearly and would do anything to help him out, but I'm also scared because I don't want to completely have to change my habits and lifestyle to accomodate another person. This is a major turning point in our relationship. I am looking for advice from people that have been in a similar situation. I do not want to hear about the moral or religious side of "shacking up" please, I grew up Catholic so I know. Any pointers to save my sanity?

Hello All,

I run a Design Company, and as part of my expension, I am mortgaging to build an "Eco-Friendly" office. I have grants from the DTI and assistance from several groups to build a "green" building at a smaller cost than a traditional "bricks and mortar" construction.

We are looking at using Solar panels on the roof to reduce our electric and heating costs, and potentially tying it in with a small windfarm. My question is, does anyone know (on a conceptual basis) what equipment is needed to allow these two energy devices to work in harmony with mains supply?

Your thoughts & advice are appreciated

DON'T waste money on expensive ipods. Simply think of your favourite tune and hum it. If you want to "switch tracks", simply think of another song you like and hum that instead.

CINEMA goers. Please have consideration for pirate DVD viewers by having a piss before the film starts.

RAPPERS. Avoid having to say 'know what I'm sayin' all the time by actually speaking clearly in the first place.

DON'T waste money on expensive paper shredders to avoid having your identity stolen. Simply place a few dog turds in the bin bags along with your old bank statements.

WORRIED that your teeth will be stained after a heavy night drinking red wine ? Simply drink a bottle of white wine before going to bed to remove the stains.

MURDERERS... Need to dispose of a body ? Simply parcel it up and post it to yourself via Parcel Force..... You will never see it agai

He is three months and I feed him every three hours, six times in a 24 hour period. He has been fed every three hours since he was born. I pump so I know he currently drinks between 28 and 34 ounces depending on how hungry he is that day. When is it a good time to extend the time between each feeding to lets say every four hours? Thank you for your time!

Hello, my wife is pregnant and I'm wondering about all this stuff I've heard about 'its bad to keep cats near you whilst pregnant, cos they got germs etc.'

Is this true, cos I have a 6 month (approx) cat who loves going out in my back garden and loitering around the house and I'm worried. Cat-lovers have told me there's no problems involved, but cat-haters have told me to get rid of the cat.

Recently, I've kept the cat in my heated garage but do not feel happy with him being stuck there in the cold with fireworks and other loud noises such as thunder scaring him.

But of course my unborn child is the most important in all of this and I refuse to take any risks at all!

So please advise, all answers will be appreciated.
