I found out the other day that the CEO of my company gave out my personal information to a sales employee. This is a remote sales employee and was having problems with his laptop. So on Sunday night at 6:30 I receive a call on my personal home number (not a company number) from this sales person, frantic and needing help. I cut him off and asked him how he got my number and he told me that the CEO gave him my home number and told him to give me a call. My home number is not publicly listed and no one in the company has my number. The only place my home number appears is in the confidential HR documents. I am pretty sure the CEO has no right to go into those documents and give out my personal information, but what is my legal recourse?

I have an orange tree in the backyard. Last year it gave us nice oranges, this year it has a bunch of small oranges that are all split open. I don't have anything close to a green thumb - more of a "thumb of death" when it comes to plants. Any tips for helping out my poor orange tree?

My friend told me its this company that will like ship packages to your house and then you take them to the post office with prepaid packaging lables that the company sends you. You send it off with that and thats about it. He said you get paid like 1500 a month for doing it. Is this a real thing or just a big hoax? He has done it for like two weeks and sent about ten packages. It all seems ligit but for some reason i just cant believe it. All the packages he sends goes to a foreign place. So if anyone knows, help me out?

I have been put in a bind and need legal help and advice. I have made several phone calls and have asked several questions but all i get is "I Don't Know, someone has to know something. the dog walks in the office. the hiring manager sees the dog in front of him and is stunned. she says: "i'm sorry, but we don't hire animals. why you wouldn't know how to even organize anything". so the dog picks up a pile of documents and organizes in a perfect alphabetical order. the manager is surprised, but still imposes: "that was impressive, but i'm sure that dogs can't even type". so the dog heads to a computer and types a 1000 word essay in under 5 minutes. now the manager is really awed by what she sees: "wow, amazing. but still we wouldn't be able to hire you. you don't even speak a second language". so the dog looks at her and says: "meow".

I am 21 yrs old, and work as an administrative assistant. (this is my first big job) I recently got Employee of the Year and have got promoted to (part time) Project Manager. I have new reasonability’s on top of my old ones. At my interview I was told that they would revaluate my pay in six months… I am two months over due and nerves about how to ask for my evaluation.

My questions are:

-What should I expect during the evaluation?
