Of course, but two things. You will definitely get hit with some heavy duty roaming charges but the good news is since the round trip for a signal to get here and return is about 4.4 billion years you can probably duck out on the charge since you'll be dead.

the trip to Andromeda takes two billion years, I think your cellphone will probably not work very well after so many years.
