This is probably not the best place to solicit legal advice.
If you are really in a legal jam then go talk to an attorney in person.
Talking on the phone about legal matters is not going to give you the correct answers, because these information is not free.
And if you do find someone who is willing to give you free advice over the phone or internet - I would say NO to that.
Spend the extra money and do it right - go see an attorney

That's why I left shiit-hole NYS.My child was raped,my due process was none. The Judge Lester Goodermote, violated my daughter and I for bj's and sexual favors. He sells the Rapists home for him though the judges reality biz.The perp.Larry Janis flees the state.I get a record for calling a hosebag girlfriends answering machine,to see if the herpy Ho was screwing around on me.The only good thing was the Judicial Conduct Board in Albany,NY.Lester Goodermote can no longer be a judge in NYS after 14 1/2 yr's on the bench, screwing people over at his whim or he will face my charges against him.I just hope the 450 lb. pig who is now a legislator there, explodes from eating. That will be 1 less 450 lb. bag of shiit walking around Hoosick Falls,NY.

Your statement doesn't say much but it sounds like you need a motion for change of venue. That is granted where it can be shown that the current venue is somehow inately prejudicial to your case making it unlikely that you can have a fair trial. I think you need to go talk to a legal aid society near you. Check with a law school or your county bar association.

I concur, you need a lawyer. Yahoo Answers is not the best place for legal advice. You might end up with bad advice on here.
If it's truly important seek legal counsel.

If you can't afford a lawyer check to see if there is a "Legal Aid" office close by. They may be able to help you...Good Luck.
