There is no easy way out.
There is no magic diet pill.
There is no trick where your fat will dissapear in a week.
To lose 20 lbs, the only way is to work hard and eat right.
Work hard- burn at LEAST 500 calories in excersize a day, seperate from what your doing already.
Lets say you burn 2,000 calories a day doing what you need to do. Take away 100 calories and you can eat 1,900 calories a day.
Add excersize worth 500 calories a day and you'll be burning 600 calories a day.
600 calories a day for 6 days is 3,600 calories, which is one pound. If you keep this rate up, eating 1.900 calories a day (estimate) and exsercizing to burn 500 calories, you will lose one pound every 6 days, so we'll round that off to a week to give you a little room.
that means 4 pounds a month, and if you start today you will have lost 8 pounds by january and 16 in february.
Doesn't seem like a lot now, but just watch.
And if you unhappy with the results, you can always increase the excersize amount so you burn more calories.
Also a tip that helps a lot, DRINK A LOT OF WATER. It helps your metabolism tremendously because when your kidneys don't function properly, your metabolism takes the pain. When you drink a lot of water and your kidneys have the ability to work properly, your metabolism if free to burn the calories.
Also, drink Ice water. 8 glasses a day. To use this water your body needs to heat it up, and if you drink 8 glasses of ice water your body will spend at least 100 calories just heating the water up.
Good luck to you and I hope you hang on to this because you'll feel tons better.
Also if you drink anything other than water, kick it. A soda is alright maybe once or twice a month, juice is okay occasionally maybe once a week, but if you just drink water (its great with lemon juice, and the lemon juice will help cleanse your body) the pounds will come off easier. When you drink soda your basically quenching your thirst with calories. Water does this a lot better and it has no calories.
Good luck!

Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

honestly, it shouldn't be about how quickly you lose the weight, because the quicker you lose it, the easier it tends to be to put on. but here's a few tips. instead of eating off a normal size plate, put all your meals on a saucer. and before you go back for seconds, wait at least 30 minutes after eating, so your stomach can catch up and tell you it's full. of course you have to eat healthier and exercise, but in the long run, it'll help you to keep the weight off longer. if you have to go the diet pill route, relacore is decent and helps you stay in a better mood. if you have low thyroid issues, go with the thyrin ATC. the rest are pretty much a waste of your money

Unfortunately there's no magic bullet to rapid weight loss. Diet pills and other quick fixes will only make you lose water and muscle, not fat. And it will give you a whole host of health problems and nutritional deficiencies.
To ensure a long term weight loss, nothing beats healthy diet and exercise. Focus on fitness and health, then weight loss will follow. I encourage you to read this very good article:

Consult your doctor before you get into any weight loss program. Have a healthy attitude about life in general and everything else, including your weight loss will follow.
Best of luck on your journey. You can do it!

There is no magic diet pill. Expend more calories than you take in, and you'll lose the weight. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise and eat right. Smaller portions, less junk food. 50% of your daily food should be non starchy veggies. If you are really serious cut out all "White" from your diet. White flour, sugar, potatoes, rice, etc.

It's lose weight not loose weight. Loose means not on tight. Lose means to take away from. I don't mean to be hateful, dear. There are no get-thin-quick remedies. Don't eat a lot of starchy foods, butter, and fatty dressings like cream of cheese. Eat veggies and proteins and exercise. Your body has its own metabolism, just work with it.
