I dunno, because on one hand, you hava group who refuse to believe in science or the oodles of evidence that shows that there may not be a god, and on the other hand, you have people who refuse to believe there is something more than what we see.
I'm an Agnostic btw =)

Her name is Daisy, we've had her since she was old enhough to be weened. She's very loyal and very obediant, but when epopel come into the house she barks like mad. It's not really a problem exept it's very annoying. She's two years old, perfect health, and no past tramas. Please don't suggest a dog trainer, I need somthing I can do at home. We've tried punishment, distraction, and suclusion None of which work. I can deal with /alot/ of dog problems, but I can't seem to break her of this barking habit. Please only serious answers, and I don't believe in cruelty. Also, muzzles don't work so thats out of the question.

Most of the time, when you refer to someone heraing voices, it is linked to the voices telling them to do something, or just that the voices seem to be drowning out other sounds. I think that's schitzophrenia.
I have this thing where, even when I know I'm in a place where no one else is, I hear voices. However, it's not like they're clear, and they're not loud. It's more like a tv playing in another room, only I know there's no tv playing, there's no radio, there's no one else at home. There's not even the air conditioner, heater or fan blowing. I can't make out any words or anything, nor can I make out if it seems like there are more than one voice, or anything. Really, it's just like if someone down the hall had on a tv.
Should I go see my psychiatrist about this, or is there some level where this is normal, so long as it doesn't interfere with everyday life?

Is it true that if you use the capital from the sale of an investment property and put that towards another property that you will not be taxed on the capital gains via tax? How does this work exactly?
And can you use the capital gains toward any type of property such as a primary residence or a second home or does it have to be toward another investment property to avoid paying capital gains tax on those proceeds?

why do some people feel the need to insult others for having different views on religion, afterlife, morals, etc.. why are we as a species so f-ing stubborn that we can't accept that other people have different views?
