I receive a per diem traveling expense to be used for foor and lodging on the road. My wife seems to think that a judge will include my per diem as my gross salary. I know I read it before that per diem cant be included but cant remember where I read it.

I'm 14 weeks pregnant with twins and I have a sinus infection. I went to my regular dr today (not my ob dr) and he told me to take amoxicillin for 5 days to clear up the infection. I told him I was pregnant and he said that it's ok to take penicillin products during pregnancy. I'd heard and read that it's not ok. Does anyone have any personal experience or knowledge about this???

I am 4ft 11in and 18 years old. I used to be petite at 93 lbs but for the past few years I have gained weight. I've always loved to eat and had never really had to watch what I ate. For the past couple years I've been around 110 lbs. In which isn't bad but I wasn't happy with it. But in just one month I've gained another 10lbs. And my BMI is now 24 when it used to be 22. I'm close to being considered overweight. It's extremely embarrassing. I can only fit into one pair of jeans and a pair of jogging pants. My other pants are extremely tight so I have to wear a big shirt to cover it up. I just don't know how I can gain so much weight in so little time. I am also a vegetarian. Did my metabolism slow down all of a sudden? Please help!

Well, the place where i live in is really...what's the word for it...ghetto, i guess? My godsis and I have played the wonderful game of dating, but only came up with wannabe tough hoodrats instead of REAL guys who aren't all into the "ghetto" theme. I personally don't know what to do anymore. I mean, it's not really me. It's my godsis. She's been dating these superficial jerks and she's been getting hurt each time. I thought about putting her on one of those dating websites, but the only one i know of is E-spin-the-bottle.com. I've been on that site before and it's really just hyped up to make it seem good. Now i usually wouldn't help my sisters or cousins with dating, but my godsis is the only one i know who actually likes to listen to me. So i don't want to let her down. So if anyone has any suggestions for some safe dating websites for TEENS or some real-world advice, that would be great.
Btw, she and i are homeschooled so i can't hook her up with someone from a school...

I had a question that, I thought may be you could help me out with. I am thinking about moving to Germany sometime in August. I am an american citizen, but I also have german citizenship. I have not used my german citizenship in a long time being that I have lived in the U.S. for about 14 years. I am in the process of getting my german passport renewed so that it hopefully would be eaiser for me to move abroad without a visa due to the european union. Would you have any suggestions on what I should look forward to when moving there? Even, what should I get prepared for before the move. This is a big step for me and I am kind of scared. help me. please. i dont think this is something that i need to call the fire department for. okay i only have a little while. who knows how long she has been up there. my mom and i just got back home and we went to the garage. we wanted 2 feed my cat ramona. she keeps meowing but she is staying in 1 place. she is puring and i also hear other meowing.....(really weird) at 1st we thought that this was just her up in the atick with another cat but then we thought she was stuck. she is either stuck or she has to ly down b/c....well she may be giving birth. we never knew that she was pregnant. i dont even know if she is pregnant. she has been gett ing REALLY fat in the past 3 weeks but i cant fell her nipples..., i am so scared. please if you can answer this question i will be so happy. i will rewrd you in many ways.
