i heard that was the secret masonic handshake and by doing this they were telling a stranger that they believed was a mason that they were a mason also.

well I'm guessin that you are a girl and he is a guy who is doing that. If so, it has nasty meaning. But don't feel offended anyhow. Most of the times they are just playing and wants to see what your reaction will be.

It means that a guy who is doin this has suffering from serious itching problem and he is unable to control his fingers.....so stay frm him....or u will also get infected...
