I realize for some cultures this is correct....when are they going to STOP THE INSANITY?

Well if you want the goury details this is very common, they remove the child cl*toris, usually with razors, or other sharp unsterile instruments, no numbing, I have seen this on tv where the grandmother performs this on a child while someone holds her down!!!! Also, some sew the vaginal opening closed so there can be no penetration because a virgin is required for some marriage......how can we education these people? Please help.....go to CNN.com, it's on the first page

This is not something that's regularly done here in the states but other countries have been doing this to woman for years and there has been a great many people trying to get this noticed through out the world as cruel and some places have stopped the practice.
Its a vile thing!!!!

People see or hear these things and then soon forget about all of those Innocent people and go on their merry way , never looking back . This world is insane !

Well he did it in the States and now he's going to jail.
I don't think he lived with the child and the mother disagrees with the practice.

Ok....first of all, HOW THE HECK do you circumcise a girl? Do you just cut off some skin or what? A son being circumcised ok that's normal but a girl....please fill me in.

yep. it was in georgia...go figure huh. anyway he was found guilty, not sure about punishment yet. tho i can think of a few....
