I'm a singer and have an audition for a TV show in 15 days. I had a baby 8 months ago and still have some babyweight on me. TV cameras put 10 punds over you, and I need to loose those as soon as possible. I really need to loose 20 but 10 will make it for the audition. Any suggestions????? HELP!!!

Do people in the South still have any hard feelings against the Union for the Civil War and Reconstruction, or are they immaterial when compared to their patriotism for the USA?

Was there a general time period when Southern animosity to the Union began to wane under renewed patriotism from the United States? Spanish-American War, WWI?

Any thoughts?

I've noticed that when I go to the bathroom my stools are covered in blood. It doesnt hurt, though. I looked up hemorrhoids, but i dont have any bumps or itching or burning. I know it could be internal, but is there any way to find out without going to the doctor?
What can I do before I make an appt.
What else could cause this?

We bought our pom from a pet store about 5 1/2 years ago and when we bought him, we noticed that the tip of his tail was bent in a 90 degree angle. I was wondering if this could have been done to make his tale curl over his back. It makes me sad to think that someone could have done that. Then I wonder if my pom came from a puppy mill. I was clueless about puppy mills until recently.

i'm 17 and i just can not sleep at nights...there are some nights i can go without sleep at all..but on a regular basis i'm getting from around 4-6 hours of sleep...how is this unhealthy? what can i do to be tired and want sleep and GET sleep. i'm tired during the day but once night hits i'm not tired at alll..i get all sorts of energy. and the thought of sleeping seriously scares me..whats wrong with me?
