The quotient when 3more than a number is divided by 3 less than that same number.

First two answers are correct. The third answer is wrong.
(x+3)/(x-3) is not same as x+3/x-3 which would be x+(3/x)-3.
So, the correct answer to your question is:
(x+3)/(x-3)
