i get really upset and how do i control that

Well, I don't know "what" you're angry about, but this is what "I" do when I feel that way. I either take a 2 mile walk, write down my feelings, sing a song, even if I don't know all the words ect. But I have found one thing that works best for me, and a friend suggested it to me. I thought he was crazy at first, but it really works! Start laughing! Laugh as hard as you can. Think of a situation which made you laugh in the past, then laugh your butt off! I know, you think this won't work, right? It "will" if you want it to bad enough, okay? Try it. good luck.

well i have angermanagment problems...so when i wanna hit someone or yell at them i take it out on my wall or pillow...lol
i know it sounds funny but it works....but my favorite way to control my anger is to go in my room and lay down and think about why i got mad..and if im over reacting....then when you look back on what you got mad about...you think of how stupid it was..i know your much better than that..than later you can laugh about it...you can contact me at mialuv19@yahoo.com..if you need anymore questions.

Try therapy. It could be depression. Sometimes that's the way it presents itself. ADD can cause anger too. Therapy and/or medications can help.

I think you should find the cause of your anger first; why you would get angry at certain people or situations. Then, you can avoid them if possible. If not avoidable, you can also premeditate how you would respond to certain people or situation. It helps.

If ur upset at someone go to there house and beat there a ss down! if ur mad about some other sh!t find a way to deal with it ! ok peace

whell when someone gets me mad i throw my pillow on the wall and like beat it up. HAha it works!
