Ok I had a dead outlet outside when I moved in to this house. It is an exterior plug built into the brick on the side of the house. Nothing will work when it is plugged into the plug, but when I took a closer look at it I realized that a voltage tester tells me that the outlet (which I already swapped out) is live. The wires test live that lead into it too. There is a live black, a white, and a Cu ground wire going into the outlet and a live black and a white that are capped together in the box.

I started with this company a little over 3 months ago. I came in here expressing that I lived for responsibility and that I wanted to move up in the company. To my surprise, they started training me to take over a big account that needs lots of special attention. I LOVE it. I absolutely love coming into work now becuase of this purpose I've been given. But, I feel like my supervisor is holding me back. Nice guy, but he and his 'pet' like to hand work off to other people and with my focus being more on this account, I'm not there to do all their 'crap work' when they need me to... So, he told the girl who is training me to take this account not to be giving me as much and that we were to split the work 50/50- when I could handle it all if given the chance. That way when they "needed me" I'd be available. This happened a week ago and she cut my work down and I have yet to see anything from my supervisor. What is going on here? Do I really have a reason to be complaining?! Help!

Situation: Girl has caught my eye and I would like to ask her out sometime. I, unfortunatley, have forsaken my personal automobile for a bicycle. In addition to that, I do not have a lot of expendable income as graduate school tuition takes care of that. Borrowing a car is out of the question as well.

What I ask: Knowing what is known above how do I go about pulling this off? Does my situation kill any chance at getting this girl? Would it be acceptable to meet somewhere or be picked up by the person you asked on a date?

I just had my third child 8 months ago and can't seem to shake off that last 25 lbs. For the first 4 months I ran every other day then when that got too hard on my knees I joined a gym and did cardio every other day with weight training on the days I didn't do cardio and I did this for another 3 months. But now, after seeing no noticable difference and still not being able to fit into my clothes, I gave in and bought a couple pairs of jeans. Is there anything I can do that will help?

I have a mild form of Autism, my husband is big on respecting him based on how his family treated him. It seems like their are always things comming up that he feels I'm disrepecting him because the things I do he would not do. He gets angry he has thrown thing in anger, hit things across the room, he will tell me to shut up when frustrated or say he doesn ot ******* care when I want to talk about something, he acts in these ways because he feels he is not being respected by me and blames my autism. He tells me he loves me, but because of how he acts to me I don't beleive him,and I question his love.He has become very defensive about telling me what he does, or about his life when I ask. Just yestarday he made a comment and said "There are people out there who DO respect me." He says i have a problem with insecurties and he is sick of it, but I feel that HE has created this insecurity within me. =( i got my second holes in the beginning of september and i took the the piercing earrings out a few days ago. i put the earrings in and then i take them out wen i sleep. and every morning its hard to push through the skin. and today i was in a rush and i couldnt put them in. and now im looking at my holes and i think they may have "closed up" a bit. and one hole is TINY. =(( i rele dun wanna get them repierced wat should i do!!
