Not quite correct. It should read.
Atheist n An intelligent person who has the ability to think for themselves and is not gullible enough to believe a 2000 year old fairy story or have an imaginary friend

Not necessarily "to be pitied", in fact an atheist may not believe in a worldly God, however that does not deprive him/her of spirituality.

A person that believes in things based on fact is nothing more than a person who is waiting for a sign of faith, not necessarily from God but of something that may provide an explanation to our exisitence. It's a valid question worth asking to anyone.

To ask if there is a god is far more relevant question than asking what denomination worships the correct God.

That is a good definition because Atheists seems to have worse lifes. All the Bible is is stories that teach us stuff. Be thankful for living or be a good citizen. Religion is more like a guideline to how to be the best u can be toward others. It shows u the true path

An atheist believes there is no God, but has no proof so therefore they believe by faith. That makes atheism a faith-based belief, and that means it is a religion.

And since it is a religion they can't prove, they are hypocrites for criticizing Christians.

No, that is not a definition.
To pity a person is obviously an opinion.

Considering that most of the athiests on this board seem to take a pretty superior attitude, it may be true, but it doesn't take long for them to find another reason to be arrogant.
