I think it's a combination of ignorance, and that bashing other people makes them feel better about themselves.

some people have such low self esteem that they feel compelled to pick on another supposedly weaker group...
Eg:
men who beat their wives
parents who beat their children
Its a vicious cycle...hopefully we have the power to stop it in out lifetime

I think we're a source of entertainment and there seems to be power in making others feel low. Frankly....I don't feel low about myself or who I am as a lesbian. I'm a normal person with normal feelings and emotions. I don't give a flying fart what most people on here think of me because chances are that I'll see them is slim to none!!! Their opinions mean as much to me as a dead pig. Actually the dead pig would probably mean more!

Anything they can look down on makes them feel better. Our culture has promoted hatred towards gays for 2,000 years. Don't think it will dissapear over night. Actually, the Gay marriage thing will make it worse. I think the ride is going to get very bumpy. Hang on and don't stick your head up too high. And by the way, all that hatred is meant to be personal.

Oh I'm sorry......I agree it is all about IGNORANCE. I have a few gay friends and truly love being in their presence. I myself am not gay and my lifestyle is very different from theirs but that does not give anyone reason to be hurtful. I don't know I guess I hope the world will change someday and people will open their hearts and minds.

because they are evil
also becuase they are living such useless and boring lives that they find it entertaining to mock others. Of course they don't realize that they are only making themselves look bad. I don't see how a straight person could be attracted to another straight person who is so full of hatred.

Just ignore them and report them. They are just ignorant stupid people looking to get a rise out of anyone who will give them one. If nobody responds to them then (hopefully) they will just go away.

Simply because they are cowards.......go to any of their profiles and you won't find an e-mail address, 360 page or anything. Hit and run cowards are the worst..

It is probably my fault for asking them in parenting why they need to bring those damn huge strollers in the mall! I HATE THOSE!
