I haven't spoken to my ex girlfriend in over 6 years and called her 4 nights ago to say hello. Today I get a call from the Sheriff's office asking me where I live so they can give the judge issue a PFA for callin?. I'm stunned, can I get a PFA against me for calling an ex and her not wanting to talk?

it started with a little cup of tea to keep myself awake.
then I was up to 5 cups of tea a day.
Now I'm on to harder stuff, 3 cups of coffee a day plus the tea. I don't like it because if I try to stop I start to get headaches and start getting uncontrollably sleepy. I don't like relying on caffeine to stay awake, don't think it's healthy, I'd like to stop but it's so difficult... !

My child recently snuck out of the house and didn't returm until 8am. This is not the first or 10th time, but the first time she got caught in the act. She lies, steals from me and is 150% untrustworthy. She is in the court system for running away once and i have to wait until 11-08-06 till the next court appearence before i find out if they will do anything to her. I have dealt with this for a year or more now. WHAT laws protect me? I am scared of what is going to happen. I cannot find ANY info on laws that protect ME. PLEASE can someone tell me something. I desperately need help. I need her removed from the home, I have done all i can and she is not getting any better.

In referring to Iraq, I would have sworn that he has said dozens of times that we were there to "stay the course" until our mission there was accomplished.

My boyfriend (of 3 years) and I have a beautiful 8mo. old baby girl. His 13yr old daughter from a previous relationship, whom he absolutely adores, has chosen to stop speaking to him. She even told him she never wants to speak to him again. Please understand she used to visit us often, and she and I got along pretty well. i have 2 red earred sliders... i got them at the same time and they were about the same size when i got them... (around september!!!) now one is like triple the size of the other one and the little one only gets the left overs that the big one doesnt want/eat... i tried putting the lil one in a diff. container but he just wont eat what do i do!!! i know hes not sick but DANG IM SOOOO CONFUZZLED!!!
