Any advise..or experience outthere with the UniofPhoenix or know of a good university

Check out your local colleges or universities. Some might have online courses - they might require you to come in an occasional weekend for mid-terms or finals, but that wouldn't be a big deal and you usually get a choice of times.
U of Phoenix is quite expensive, probably a lot more than a local college/univ, and their degree isn't universally accepted as worth as much as regular schools. They are accredited though. But if you choose to go to one of the online schools, check first with other schools in your area to be sure credits will transfer if you decide to change.
