The first question is addressed to you personally. You need to think about what typical people your age act like and when you do or don't act that way.

While the second question is basically opinion, examples of achievements or responsibilities might include getting a job, having sexual relations, having children, and owning a home or car.

As to rituals that mark adulthood, almost every culture in history has had some sort of "coming of age" rituals. In modern western culture, these ceremonies include graduation (from high school and/or university), marriage, and religious ceremonies such as confirmation or bar mitzvah.

The last two questions are strictly opinion. There's really no right or wrong answer (unless your instructor is a hard line feminist, a classic male chauvinist, or is old but still thinks they do rock and roll). It's more important that you come up with examples to support your ideas than that you say anything in particular.
