My goldfish doesn't seem to have any physical illness, but has been very listless recently: half the time just floating around near the top, with its tail fins drooping down. It is eating ok and moves well enough when prompted, but when not disturbed barely moves.

I have been feeding her (although the other fish is eating most of the food), and have been cleaning the tank regularly, and have been putting in Aquasafe liquid to de-chlorinate it. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
