I think it depends on where you're bitten. In most cases, no, but it is excruciatingly painful.

Yes you can. Maybe not right away, but eventually and possibly not too long after you are bitten, you will die.
Why? Because of the venom, and when it bites you it attacks the nervous system, and then the heart. and it is extremely painful.
You would have to have a miracle happen in order to live if you were to be bitten by a black widow.

NO. It will cause a nasty sore that takes a long time to heal, but there's not enough venom to adversely affect the average person. Exceptions may be people who are very weak, with no immune system to protect them, but it is very rare. Probably more people die from bee stings than from black widow spider bites.

It depends on your body. How fast does it react to the protien in the poison. Most people just get extremly sick.
