I've taken several different types of antidepressants and I just don't feel like I'm me when I'm taking them. My cardiologist is going to say no, so I'm not going to let him know until I've been zoloft-free for several weeks. Any suggestions about dealing with the side-effects... an anxious buzz, dizziness, stomach problems and I can't seem to breathe very deeply. I've been off of them for about two weeks now.

Let me first explain that I have a thing. If something doesn't challenge me intellectually, I get bored with it and move on. To me, highschool was dreadfully easy and mindless. Thus I hardly did my homework but passed the tests and quizes with ease.

Because of my not doing anything, I didn't have enough credits to graduate and am now staying back a semester.

However, I want to have a career in physics (a class that challenged me and thus: I passed) but I don't know how to get into colleges. Other than community colleges, how can I get accepted to them? I have no money at all to help and haven't even taken the ACT (which costs $100 to take). I KNOW I have made mistakes. How do I rectify them now?

Serious answers only please. Really. I know I am an idiot. But I need help.

I live in Sacramento, CA. It is very hot in summer. And summer lasts for about 5 months. And chow chow is very puffy and sensitive to temperature. How do u think will she feel comfortable here?

My brother has a DVD drive and CD-R drive from his HP computer and he isn't using it. He switched those hard drives with his old computer's drives. Now I am wondering, my computer (Compaq Presario) lacks a DVD drive and I sometimes wanna watch dvd's on my comp....can I put the HP's DVD drive into my comp? It has a missing spot where I can hook up a drive. Is this possible?

I am in the process of writing a juvenile fiction book. I would like to find a publisher, but really do not know where to start. There are so many websites and places on the internet, it is hard to know what are legitimate and what are not. I would like to find a publisher that I can be in regular contact with and not just communicating through impersonal emails.

I am looking for suggestions on how to finesse these situations. My son (6) gets along better with kids 1 to 2 years younger than he is. At least right now. Because 4 and 5 year olds except him as he is. When he's 8 and they are 6/7 - that may not be the case any longer.

The way he likes to play and toys he chooses are looked down upon by his peers as they outgrew it apparently and are on to other things. Do I encourage more age approproate things, or let him take his time moving on to new types of activities...

He is the sweetest little boy I know. I know he's my son, but honestly he is so 'pure hearted' and naturally 'sweet'. I hate to see him not noticed for that by anyone else, as he shows that side of himself only around trusted family members. He is incredibly affectionate and all smiles and loving. I would like to have ABA therapy for him at school. Would that help him socially? Does the district have to supply ABA for him if I request it?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a while and have known each other for over 9 years. He holds my hand everywhere we go, is very affectionate, has introduced me to all of his family and we hang out with his friends all the time (and he is affectionate w/me around them.) Still, he has yet to call me his girlfriend to those people even though that's what THEY call me.

I asked him about it and he got agitated and said that he's scared to since when he said it too soon in past relationships they fell apart. I want to know what his deal is. We're monogomous and he doesn't seem embarassed by me so ??? Guys (& girls) let me know what he might be thinking.

Is arrogance not a sin? Are not other's understanding of the Bible and New Testament equally valid even if it differs from ones own view? I was wondering if there was any way to relieve severe back and neck pain without the use of drugs (including asprin NSAIDS and other OTC meds). Is the best way massage or something of the like? My last resort is surgery. Please help! Best answer gets 10 points!
