What we used in the Military was ice massage, we would take a Styrofoam cup fill it with water and put it in the freezer, let it freeze then peel back the Styrofoam as we massaged the back with it, but the person doing the massage has to be careful to watch for the skin to turn red then hard to the touch, you will have to stop then, and give it a rest of at least 20 Min's then start the massage again...oh did i mention the massage is in circular motions over the effected area. there ya go that ought to do it for ya

It depends on the reason that you have the pain. If it is chronic pain from something that can not be corrected you could see a good Hypnotherapist. Get one that is also a Psychologist or Clinical Social Worker. There are some that have no real education beyond a few classes so do not go to those. I have been to conferences where the pros were able to help people with many forms of pain, including the pain of terminal illness. You can find a good Hypnotherapist in your area at this link:

As someone else on this list suggested Prayer also can be of help in additon to the above. Personally I think that the two go together. If you are a relgious person you might try finding 'healers' in your local parish or calling the Unity people. They have a national prayer line and I have found them very helpful.

Even going regardless of the shown fact that medicine the 5 year survival value for point 3 Breast maximum cancers is approximately fifty 4% and that's doing the full element the final practitioner exhibits. So dealing with way of medicine the end result will probable be in ordinary terms a sprint extra beneficial than tossing a coin in the air and it springing up heads or tails. without medicine this is probably she is going to die. this is somewhat undemanding to declare THAT ONE could never DO CHEMO OR RADIATION yet how briskly THAT differences while existence IS on the line.

It's always great to get a massage and also put a heat pack on the back of the neck as well as the back. Also soaking in epson salt helps loosen the back. Ask your doctor to recommend you to a good physical therapist and do yoga as well and also the chiropractor can help. :O)

See a homeopathic doctor, they're great. My mother uses an electronic device with electrodes/ waves that help her greatly. She's elminated all meds and only uses natural cures.
Wish you the best!

Perhaps you could go to a physical therapist? I'm not sure if they could help with your kind of pain but it's worth a try.
