I filed for divorce about a week ago, I paid to have a sheferiff serve him the paper work. I got it all back in the mail yesturday sayting he moved to a different city and his lawyer would take service. Am I legally obligated to give those papers to his lawyer/him after I already paid to have them served to him? This guy is a serious ******. He's got arrest warrents, restraining orders, restraining/probation violations, I'm trying to everything I can to keep him away from myself and my daughter, I don't have to get those papers to him after already attemping to give them to him, do I? I know MORALLY it would be wrong but...can't I say "well I tried" if I'm asked by a judge or someone?

as some of u might read my husband cheated on me and we have a 15months old i am taking it really hard but here trying for the baby,mean while my ex from high school told me about my husband cheating he emailed me cause he thought i should know. So,now I talk to him sometimes and he really still cares about me although i did so much to him cheated him and when he went of seas we ended up seperatin.His family hates me so he says we would never be able to be together.Its hard feelin like a love from the past cares more then my husband anyone out there got any advice.Should I stay in this marrige and try to forgive and get over what he did or should i just get out on my own.And does anyone think I should to work things out with my ex if i get out or just start all over. By the way my husband only cheated once that i know of but i cant understand why and how he could take a chance or not seeing his little girl grow,things where not that great before we have sep,rooms most of our marriage

I sit at a table or wherever and people slurp their soup, eat with their mouth open and burp out loudly. It makes me feel sick. Specially seeing people talking whilst eating or chewing gum with smack, smack, smack noises. This is my gripe for the day. Oh yes, and people who dump their rubbish on the side of the roads as well, oh yes , ag nevermaaind. What is your gripe??

WRs I currently have: steve smith, Reggie Brown, Reggie Williams, Santana Moss, and Matt Jones.
RBs I also have: D. Foster, and Ronnie Brown

Trade offer: Rudi Johnson, LJ Smith, and Keyshawn Johnson for
Steve Smith and Antonio Gates

What do you think? Tell me why?
I have been hurting all year at RB position, and my WRs are performing well even without S. Smith.

I have several oak trees on my property. The roots of these trees send up numerous unsightly sprouts. Is there a way to control this or get rid of the sprouts? I've tried cutting them out, but they quickly grow back. I don't want to use poison, because it will kill the tree.

Is there a program that can read and play (in any form) sheet music, or even just the lengths of the notes, that I scan, or enter manually, into my computer? I play by ear and memory very quickly, but as a result, don't read timing very fluently. I can write in and learn the notes easily enough, but need to be sure I learn the timing correctly, (i.e., a dotted quarter note and eighth note, vs. 2 quarter notes) and will have trouble "un"-memorizing it, if I assume and practice the timing wrong, without hearing it. These are hymns in my church, most of which I have never heard and am not yet familiar with. Thanks
