grey around hairline and roots

I've been thinking about a situation that I cannot change and the thoughts are just going round and round my head making me feel sad.

As it's not anything that I can change, or any kind of major problem, how can I stop thinking about it?

It's easy just to say 'stop' but the thoughts just keep popping back.

Any ideas? (Yes, I've tried drinking!)

Almost a week ago, my mother bought three goldfish, Jack, Janet and Chrissy. She purchased a bowl and two plant seeds, and placed the three fish in it. The next morning, Janet was dead. So, we removed her, cleaned the water, and that night, my mother bought another Janet. The next morning, that Janet was dead. We conditioned the water each time we changed it, they are fed pellets, and the other two, Jack and Chrissy are fine. I noticed that Jack was chasing the first Janet around and sucking at her tail. Do fish compete with each other? Do Jack and Janet have a conspiracy going on? Any suggestions?

Hi, I weigh about 130 lbs and I am 5'1. The problem here is I have been working really hard in the gym and doing really crazy fitness classes, and I am feeling like i have lost so much...ppl are telling me I look smaller and look like my body is shrinking, yet i HAVN'T lost a DAMN LB on the scale whats up? My body is getting stronger, my arms are gettin gmore tones, and my legs and thighs are getting toned as well. My stomach looks flatter but why do I weigh the same? Can someone tell me whats up? THANKS is it possible my muscle is replacing my fat thats why I am not loosing weight. Please only serious advice.

Hello,

I am 24 years old and my girlfriend and I have been dating for 3 almost 4 years. We have lived in the same apartment for 1 year. Before they we drove truck for a whole year and got along great being together 24/7 in a small box. However, two weeks ago she came to me and had a really troubled look on her face. She told me that she was feeling no longer in love with me. At first I thought I felt the sameway. But, now it is killing me, we still live in the same apartment. I truly want her back in my life with me. I asked her the other day how she is feeling about all this. She said "I dunno what I want, part of me wants to be with you. The other part of me wants to be single again." I know you can't force someone to be inlove with you. But, is there something I can try to do to bring that spark back for her? Any advice would be much help.

I live in Illinois, where can I find the funding to finance my venture? I have two semesters until I finish my bachlors in sociology but I am thinking of sitting out and starting my business. I have three children,single parent and good child care is always an issue for me to work traditional hours. What do you do when you think no one cares eventhough they do? When u feel alone or want to be alone but you cant? What if you cant fit in?
I get all these mental breakdowns. it gets worst everytime and i sometimes cant control the things i say or do. fortunatly i nvr do anything i regret after too much. But the pain that comes with these breakdowns are really terrible. all my problems and fears emerge and tear me apart.
Friends, family, my ex, school... the usual teen pressure except, trust me, its not the average probs average teens go through and im serious
The usual response is, its not important, be yourself, relax, do your fav things and all that crap but im looking for real answers here....
