wow if you want to gain weight i wouldent gain to much if i was you i would go to a shop that sells weight gain and to slow it down a bit and get fit well ya at it i say you should work in the gym on the tredmils and weights you dotn want to become obessite

I'm so sorry to hear that your not happy w/ being skinny. I'm sure hundreds of girls out there wished they had ur problem. All I can say is I've been a size 0 to a size 10 and theirs not much you can do if God didn't give you curves. I did have a lil bit of hip and boobies as a size 10 but not enough for my weight. I even had a baby and my hips are still tiny. Sometimes it's not for you. The truth is, if you were meant to be curvy, you will be w/o going on a gain weight binge. Remember, you could always get bigger and not have the curve. Be careful. I wish you good luck cause I've wanted nice round hips all my life.

If you want curves on your hips and glutes (buttocks), the best way is to gain fat. The more you exercise, the thinner that area gets (the mucles tighten, except for cycling, so try that too). As for the thighs, pump iron (leg presses and reverse leg-curls, as on a Universal gym). Also, if you want larger breasts, the only way is to gain weight (since they're mostly fat) or have implants! It's a tough situation!

To gain weight, eat lots of carbos (pasta is good) and don't do too much aerobic exercise. Stay away from simple sugars and most fats.

I was like you and very thin for all of my childhood years. I used to hate being thin. Eating will not get you big, do not get in the habit of eating a lot because it will catch up to you later in life. Going to the gym and taking supplements that promote weight gain will give you the fastest results. Also a diet with a lot of starchy carbs will promote the weight gain.

Visit a dietician and make sure you do it the right way bcuz, i was also really skinny an wished for the same now i kinda regret, cause i realise that there is much more that comes with this and it's comming too fast now...jus be careful what u wish for

i have your same problem, im too skinny too. but don't listen to anyone who says to eat fast food and junk, that makes you gain weight in places u don't want like your tummy. My aunt says that once you gain muscle the weight will come with it, so exercise and eat alittle junk here and there. It'll come. Just make sure u exercise your abs, butt, and chest.

HMMMMMN.....This may sound corny, but I think you should love yourself as you are. Maybe you are young and havn't grown in your body. Lots of girls would like to be skinny...
If you would really like to gain weight try adding banana with peanut butter to your daily diet.

or just eat every 3 hours some food. but make it healther so you dont gain too much

good old fashioned fast food. Burgers shakes and fries. You can also try protein powders.
