What do you do when you think no one cares eventhough they do? When u feel alone or want to be alone but you cant? What if you cant fit in?
I get all these mental breakdowns. it gets worst everytime and i sometimes cant control the things i say or do. fortunatly i nvr do anything i regret after too much. But the pain that comes with these breakdowns are really terrible. all my problems and fears emerge and tear me apart.
Friends, family, my ex, school... the usual teen pressure except, trust me, its not the average probs average teens go through and im serious
The usual response is, its not important, be yourself, relax, do your fav things and all that crap but im looking for real answers here....

You must get someone who you can talk to . You sound too depressed to me . I know from experience ! You may need to see a counselor or shrink .
I did and he has me on meds. now and I am much better .I can focus on things I'm not laying around all the time and I'm happy sometimes . Please for your on sake ask for help !

Believe me when I tell you that I completely understand the concept of being or feeling alone, in it's entire capacity. Going through your teen years can be exhausting, let-alone frustrating and depressing at times. When you begin to feel dispair and loneliness, it is good to be around people but when you want to be alone, make that time. Go for a walk in the park. You are not an outcast sweetheart. Find comfort in these Q sites. Compose a journal. Take art classes. Find the time to be alone and try to understand why you feel the way you do. If depression persists, you may want to speak with your doctor. For now, when the "breakdowns" occur, make the time for yourself and forget about all the stress in your world: Friends, family, your EX, school, etc.. Learn to be happy with yourself because, even though I don't know you, I know you're worth it.

I have breakdowns all the same. It's a hard thing to go thru. Try to find something you can take pride in or take your mind off everything. Whether it be a good book or a video game. The pressures in this life are so hard to handle. One day you will find someone who loves you and will be there to help you deal with your madness.

Try Neuro Linguistic Programming. It's great as it rewires your brain and lets you let go of your story and the emotionals behind it that keep you in a holding pattern. You will be glad you did it.
