Hey Everyone!
I'm really worried about my father lately. I'm 21 (moving out next month, so still living at home) so I'm old enough to understand that he's been drinking aot more this past year. Every night he'll finish off 2 bottles of wine then move onto a mickey of either rum or sambuca.
He does this everynight and falls asleep infront of the tv.
I'm really worried ahout him! Anything I can/should do? My mother thinks its "not a problems and none of my business" but I just hate seeing someone crashing and burning so fast!!!

Help!

--- Melissa

Mr Hunt of reading fc claims that the clash with petr czech was unintentional. Can anybody tell me , bearing in mind that his (hunts) knee was near to the ground how he expected to lift the ball over the goalkeeper.I have never seen that trick performed in my life.

Am trying to decide between study abroad in two cities, Edinburgh or London - pros and cons about even for both, now just down to choosing, and am wondering, I know London weather is supposed to be moderately better (but still bad) but is there that big a difference?

I am in a small group with 3 other women. They have all been married for around 5 years, have 2 kids and are stay-at-home moms. During our small group, they were all discussing how they feel that their marriages are falling apart and that their husbands want to have sex with them, but they just don't want to.
I am a newly wed, so I know that I don't have the experience of being married for several years and going through a slump....but I just don't understand. It seems to me that a lot of the relationship depends on the woman’s mood. It's like that saying, "If mama's not happy, no one's happy."
So that being said, why don't women in this situation let their marriages fall apart? Why don't they take a more proactive approach? Is there anything that I can tell them or any books that I could recommend?

I am 25 years old and have been on birth control since I was 17. I have never taken any breaks or time off from the pill. I was wondering if and when I do decide to have a baby...will it take me a long time to conceive. Most of my people say being on the pill for a long time could keep you from getting pregnant when you’re ready to conceive. Help?

When I'm leading my horse from the field to the stable he frequently puts his head on my shoulder, or blows in my ear. Does anyone know what this means? Is it a sign of affection, is he trying to eat me?

She doesnt let anyone else to talk. Im also sick and tired of her talking about her old show and about how she is gay! We all know that she is a lesbian so stop telling us!!! Poor Joy she was my favorite and now she cant even get a word in edge wise with Rosie there!

I also could NOT stand how she handled the interview with Bill O'Reilly, you know if you dont agree with him thats fine but dont badger him the whole time and not let him speak!!! Thats not what he came on the show for!

She needs to learn that just because she doesnt agree with what other people say doesnt mean that she cant at least listen. She will not let anyone express their differences with her. She refuses to listen to it!

ITS HER WAY OR NO WAY!!!!

I Have MMD and was medically dismissed from the Army with no benefits(even thought i had no symptoms before i joined). I was wondering if anyone else here has MMD or anything kinda like it. I work at the VA hospital now, and at the end of the day I am wiped out. I am starting to have severe problems with my hands and feet, and i'm wondering what is going to happen to me. I know i can read about it on the internet, but i was hoping to get some responses from people who also have it. I'm currently 26, but i feel like i'm 50. Is there anything i can do to stop my deterioration, or anything to at least make me feel better?

i picked my daughter from her childminder at our local mother and toddler group. I feel lucky cause my childminder is a close friend of mine so I know the way she has brought up her own kids and how she treats them. Anyway, when I picked her up, there was another childminder there with 2 children in her care, both of them under 2. I felt sick leaving there because the way she spoke to them was attrocious. She was calling this poor lad 'stupid boy' and pushing him out the way and all because he cried when she went out of his view. I found out after that the poor boy suffers from anxiety which to me means that she should be reassuring him rather than punishing him for being scared that he couldn't see her. when he went to her for some comfort, she pushed him out the way and turned her back on him. i was really upset about it and thought about reporting her.i would be gutted if i ever found ut that my child was being spoken to no better than you'd speak to a stray dog.what do u think? x
