i just sold a psp on ebay, and the person who bought it has a U.S. address but they have asked me to send it to west africa and give them my bank details so they can pay me. i told them (in no uncertain terms) that i think they are trying to scam me, and they wrote back saying that they were disappointed that i would think that as they have 3 good feedbacks on ebay. they said that if i send them my home address then they would mail the payment to me from the usa. i told them to [get lost]. also the emails i received are spelled really badly, and they say "i am not scammer, am good and desent girl" yeah right. what do you think?

Someone backed into my parked truck and took off. A person at the scene got a plate number and my wife called the police while I filed a claim with my insurance company. From what I'm told, the damage is minor (cracked rear body kit) but I'm still irked by it. Beisdes taking it to a shop to see if anything else is wrong with it (frame etc.) what else do I need to do? I want retribution.

My beau is gradually becoming more and more control of me. We had a row yesterday when I refused to agree for the bathroom door to be removed. He is now demanding that I wear knee-length skirt or dress 24/7 to hide my legs from public view. I am now wearing tight and stockings 24/7 and a lockable anklet bells when I am in our flat.
I am not sure whether I can comply any further with his demand and control, I feel like breaking down soon, maybe our relationship is not working anymore. When I first met him, he was so nice and sweet, not a control freak as he is now. I still love him but what should I do?:(

Looking to spruce up my old house to sell. Carpet in bedrooms is old and worn, thin loop type carpet with attached backing. House is very old and floors are un-even. Tearing up old carpet and scraping and leveling floor would be tons of work. Ok to put down a foam underlayment over the old stuff and lay wood floor over?

I was amazed how many women married sucha cruel and agressive guy and than claim that "he" was never like that before...I don¸t believe them, I think that you can tell if someone is agressive or not especially if you spend some time in his company.

i can't get this to work. Ive blown through easy and medium, and ive kinda topped out at about 25/30 songs on hard, so i went to the tutorials and it showed the hammer on thing where u strum once and then hit sequencial fret buttons, well im pretty sure im doing it right, but its not working. Do the notes that you play in a hammer on / pull off technique have to be a certain speed? Im just wondering if anyone has utilized this aspect of the game, and that im not crazy thinking that its impossible.

Last Weds i was offered a job verbally after a succesful interview on Tuesday, he stated that he wanted me to start in exactly 4 weeks time, which is what i would need to work for my notice in my current employment. I handed my notice in the next day as i wanted to leave my work with enough time to find a replacement (im the only full time member).

On Friday i had a call from my new employer stating that they think they have made a mistake and that the two jobs originally available may now only be one, and they will let me know in 2 weeks!! That same day i recieved my letter of employment from them which reffered to my conversation with them on Weds night.
My boss is annoyed with the situation as he now knows that i want to leave & is being akward.

I do really want this job and dont want to kick up a fuss and burn my bridges for the future but i want to know where i stand? Im soooo gutted as its something i've always wanted to do. HELP! :(

That they thought there were going to be a lot of "Steve Irwin" costumes this Halloween, complete with fins and spikes coming out from the chest area and seaweed and stuff. I couldn;t believe it. Don't even mention anything sexy. She's got "that time" goin on, and she won't have anything to do with it! Believe me!
My whole plan was ruined! I had a bed & breakfast suite for a night and then horseback riding in the smoky mountains on Sunday. Gone! Had to cancel. Fortunately, she didn't know about my plan. Now, I don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
