Bare feet, I mean, because we all know that they're graceful in pointe shoes.

I've heard that all the pointe work takes a serious toll on feet, with bunions and calluses and whatnot. It's pretty widely known that "dancers have professional... but ugly feet".

So, I'm just curious... what with all the pedicure salons on the street and foot treatment products on the market...

Does any ballet dancer actually manage to keep her feet pretty? "Pretty" as in... presentable enough not to be ashamed to go out in flip-flops and sandals?

I got married 4 months ago. we are considering a business venture with an investment of $110,000. My husband wants to bring our alcoholic, yet functional son into the business. Son would be the full time mgr. He has no money to bring to the table. Husband would have all the final decision making capabilities but is somewhat an enabler and peace maker. Our son is difficult, headstrong and manipulative. I have reservations, but I am not sure I have my husbands ear. I am a recovering alcoholic myself so I know a thing or two about the mind of the alcoholic. Can someone give me some feedback about this situation?

I am a British citizen living in the UK and my Wife / partner of 11 years is Burundian.I have 2 daughters 10 & 6 years who are living with her. I am unemployed and living in temporary accommodation (homeless) I am getting no help from the government in any respect. I am getting an Army pension and a war disability allowance. I am £9 over what the law says is the minimum amount to live on so I get no benefits. My wife is unemployed so I try to send what money I can, (she has to pay for her room and buy food) My family is suffering and I cannot do anything to help them.The girls do not go to school.
