Definetly North Korea.
Osama Bin Laden is hiding somewhere in the mountains of Pakistan and has probably barely any contact to his fellow terrorists. The problem is he started the whole thing, but now he has barely any power...
When it comes to North Korea it is dangerous for South Korea and it´s capital Seoul, home to 23 million people and a huge city, which could be hit any time by North Korea´s bombs and especially missiles.
Anyway I think that Iran is the most dangerous country, even more dangerous than North Korea, and that its president should soon be stopped, even if military force may be needed

Neither. China and the US are probably the two most dangerous governments currently in power. As for "rouge states" and terrorists, neither N. Korea nor Osama have much influence anymore. Osama no longer directs al-Qeeda, at least not in a hands on way, and N. Korea may have produced a nuke but they are still a long way from being able to use it as a weapon.

Once human beings want to become something more than they are "ubermensch" then it gets messy! Truth, like morality, is a relative matter, there are not facts, only interpretations. So most claims to eternal "truths" are no more than temporarily useful beliefs that change as history moves on. Man can choose to lead the moral life, the aesthetic life or the religious life. It is when people are condemned to live lives of uncertinty and absurdity and are committed to subjective truths that can never be proved, that living a life of fear and trembling becomes a reality. Both Osma and N Korea are as bad as each other, thus as dangerous as each other!

Osama bin Laden is only a threat to the American government and partially to the British Govt, but not to any other country. North Korea just made a bomb, but it will not use it. it's just a way to show to the US that they are a powerfull country, and will not be messed around with. Thiis way, the country's having the nuclear bomb, will deter the US to attack them.

Neither. It is the good old US of A that poses the greatest danger to world peace. Their desire to control the world's oil drives their madness!

They want to be the biggest bully in the playground. When little bullies like Saddam didn't stay on side they stepped on them!. You are only as free as the Bully wants you to be!

Bin Laden, because we know where North Korea is and can turn it into smoking powder at a moment's notice. One nuke heading out of Korea and the US will drop sufficient megatonage to warp space and yes, even time itself, over North Korea.
