It's called being young. You'll get over it.

Maybe it is normal to have energy if this is only a one night thing. But sometimes when we don't feel the need to sleep and we still have lots of energy few nights in a row, it can be the sign of hypomania which will lead into a full blown psychosis(bipolar disorder). Just watch for this.

Well, I couldn't sleep last nite either but I feel absolutely terrible! Could be our age difference! I don't know why but I haven't been able to sleep more than 2 or 3 hrs. in the last couple days. I'm probably trying too hard. I'm going to try and take a nap later. I'm glad you feel pretty good and that you're full of energy! I feel like a zombie!!!

Normal, no. But if this is how your body works, then it is normal for you. Perhaps, your body will let down later today. Maybe it is some medicine you are taking. If this continues and you are concerned about it, you may need to see a doctor. Your body cannot do this indefinately. Good luck

Could be...are you on speed or caffeine?

How long have you been awake?

If this trend continues (no sleep for days) it could be a sign that you are bipolar. However, other symptoms must be present....pressured speech, not eating, hearing voices, no appetite, grand schemes, spending too much money, overly sexed

Yes, it's normal. Probably you will collapse tomorrow. Your body will tell you when it needs rest unless you are on drugs.
