I've heard from plenty of friends that they are in on off relationships. But in most of those relationships, it's not serious - for example, one of my friends has a girlfriend he's been on and off with. He doesn't talk about her, or if someone mentions/teases him about her, he changes the subject. His parents don't know about the girlfriend and he doesn't seem to care for them to know. On top of that he doesnt know if this is even a long term relationship even though it's been on and off for two years He doesn't take her seriously. Shouldn't people like that not be together? Then I have other friends who are in on off relationships that are a bit more serious, and some of them have even gotten married by staying on and off for years. How stable is an on and off relationship? If someone is not serious, why can't they break up with their significant other? What does it mean to YOU to be in an on off relationship with someone? Isn't being committed better?

I have been taking birth control to regulate my period because it was coming every 2 weeks. I haven't been taking it very long, but the side effects are terrible, nausea, dizziness, headaches, etc. Is there anything that anyone knows of to regulate without meds? Will the cycle just work itself back out? Anybody have any knowledge or experience?? I have never been sexually active, if that matters.

I have an 11 year old daughter who ADHD and Oppositional Defiance Disorder. When she gets upset her anger escalates till she is in a full blown rage. When she is like this it is like she is a different person. All she wants to do is distroy things and physically hurt me. All I do is try to block her punches and kicks. I also have to restrain her so she doesn't hurt me. She will throw objects across the room without a thought of what or who could get broke or hurt. This rage usually lasts about 15 to 20 mins then she starts to come down from it. There are times when she is coming down from it she'll cry and say she doesn't know why she's doing this ... but yet she can't stop. When she is fully out of the rage she is loving , and sweet like nothing happened. The one major thing is she says she doesn't remember hurting me or what happened. I've been told it sounds like some kind of seizure... but she doesn't have convulsions. What could be wrong??

I returned to get something from my office after I left for the day and found my boss face down in my chair seat. I didn't say anything and left but I was obviously freaked out! I am looking for a new job but could this be considered sexual harrassment? A friend said it wouldn't be any different then if he thought about me while touching himself and that wouldn't be considered as sexual harrassment since it wouldn't affect me directly.
