I go through a phase where all I want is breakfast food, I think it my be a female thing, it's normal to carve certain things, and I agree with some of the other answers, sometimes when you are craving something, it's your bodies way of telling you that you aren't getting enough of a nutrient.

She could also be PMSing or her hormones could be changing in some way. That can usually lead to cravings of some sort, whether it be chocolate, steak, or breakfast foods.

This is natural. Maybe the food has a certain nutrient she needs. Sometimes, I crave cereal for no reason at all.

Cravings are your body's way of telling you to eat foods rich in nutrients that you lack. If she's craving things like eggs, bacon, and sausage then it could be her body telling her she needs more protein.
