Good shows on History Channel...if you can get it watch for many programs on Egypt and the Sphinx. But the monument itself is very old and pre-dates the Great Pyramids. Egypt is the first civilization with known engineering feats as these.

That for some reason there was a major technological decline in that area at some point. To this point the reason is largely unknown.

Hi,, i was there a couple years ago,, and it did not say a word to me....
I will say i was disappointed, because it is not as big as I thought it would be...

That even back then cosmetic surgery wasn't always successful. (It's missing its nose.)
