Can u get caramel or light brown highlights added to dark brown dyed hair? my hair takes colour pretty well and ive had caramel highlights before.

I had a very traumatic experience about 8 years ago, which i still struggle to come to terms with. Basically I was about three weeks late, just about to bite the bullet and do a pregancy test when i had horrendus cramps in my amdomen area and an urgent need to go to the loo.

I blead very badly after that for a day but at the time i didn't trust my doctor and couldn't talk to my family.

I worked for his family as a live-in nanny a year ago. I was hired by his wife before I even met him. He blushed when we first met. There was intense chemistry between us. We both knew it was wrong and both tried very hard to resist. We both suffered. His wife, a Harvard graduated, knew there were something wrong yet thought it was cute and somehow even teasing me with three-some joks with her husband while I was around. I guessed she was too proud to be jealous of me. She showed her confidence to the man, however, he took it as an OK, he started flirting with me and saying something inapparated about me while I was around. The wife didn't appear to resent it but started demanding me doing endless houseworks. I got upset with the man for his insensitivity putting me in such awkward situation, so I quit the job without let them know why. He was hurt but got over it, but I couldn't. So I tried to talk to him to make a peace with him. They called the police accused me for harassing him

I have always been shy and lacking confidence throughout my life, but over the past few years I have noticed it is getting worse. I have tried various counselling and therapy sessions in the past without any luck. I have also tried getting involved with clubs/activities, each time promising myself that I am going to make more of an effort to talk to people, but each time I fail. The longer I present myself as shy, the harder it becomes to escape that persona! Does anyone have any ideas how I can overcome my lacking of confidence and shyness. I am 28 and I really need to do something before I begin regretting that I have allowed my life to pass away.
