My sister told me that it can induce labor and i shouldnt do it but my feet swell up so bad. and i also had a guy that was giving me a pedicure tell me that i should massage them to get the blood flowing.

LOL! thats so ridiculous. Like the person who was told she couldnt wear jeans while pregnant.
Getting a foot massage is just about the best thing you can do for your pregnant body, especially if theyre swollen.
You should ignore idiotic things like that. People are just ignorant and have all sorts of wives tales and superstitions about everything so they can have something to worry over. Busy bodies.
Go get a good foot rub.

No, but there is a spot on the inner part of your lower leg about 4 fingers above your ankle bone that can, so I recommend not allowing anyone to massage there.
I think it's a great idea to get an upwards massage to help move that fluid out of there. Other ways to reduce swelling is to elevate legs, eat watermelon, cucumber and/or asparagus, and walk at least 30 minutes a day to keep circulation moving.
