turtles of course, by the time the a-team had converted a bag of spanners, 3 macdonalds wrappers and a length of rope into a rocket firing humvee the turtles woulda ninjad they're asses.

The Ninja Turtles because they could sneak up on the A team while they were building some elaborate machine from junk lying around some abandonded barn/house/dock/airport/hospital.
Also the turtles are actually experts in hand to hand combat. The A team pretty much rely on wide spread explosions. So in this regard the turtles would in my mind represent an elite task force similar to the S.A.S or S.W.A.T. The A team would be bungling afghan tribesmen with a couple of rockets. As lone as the turtles sneak up on them (they are ninjas) they would be able to deal targeted lethal damage.
I vote teenage mutant ninja turtles... though by now they would be in their twenties I guess.

In a vicious death match only the turtles could win, only one person ever died in the A-Team and he was shot by the enemy not the A-Team!

Come on its a no brainer - the Turtles would win hands down because there's no barn to build an armoured vehicle in a ring.

The Turtles!!!! The A-Team never even hit anyone when they shot their guns. The turtles sent plenty of people to their death!!! The A-Team couldn't compete!!!

the A- team. they may lack karate skills but they're still tough as nails and would still kick ****. and even without Hannibal, the face and howling Murdock, BA baracus would still be able to take on Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael on his own and pummel the living hell out of all of them
