Having to keep this secret is eating me up inside. I'm a normal girl in high school and in April i was told that the reason i hadn't started my period was because of a hormone defect. I have no uterus, and was born with testes instead of overies. I had surgury to remove the gonads 3 weeks ago. Ever since school has been a nightmare. I have missed so much school because of depression and anxiety that has followed me. I only wish i could talk to my friends without becoming a freak show at school.The only thing that keeps me from getting over it, is the fact that I can never have kids of my own. I need others opinions and advice. Any encouragement and words of wisdom are greatly appreciated. help me please.

My former roommate moved back to Alaska, and left her dog with me, promising to send for it. It's been a month, and she finally emailed me to let me know that she couldn't send for it, and to find it a new home. "It" is a small Chihuahua mix, about 4 pounds, female, unspayed, no shots or any kind of medical care. I need to find her a new home. Is anyone here into Chihuahua rescue, or would be interested in giving her a new home? Would it be mean of me just to surrender her to the shelter? Being that she is a small dog, I'm nearly positive she will find a good home. My "friend" has never given me a single dime to pay for this dog's care, and the dog is getting a bit expensive. I've tried the local small dog rescue, but they weren't able to take her. What do you all think I should do? The main issue is that I have to rehome her by the end of the month, because I'm moving, and there is no place in the new house to put her.

I had no memory of abuse until 2 years ago. I started having flashbacks about my favorite unkle raping me in his truck when I was about 8 yrs old. It is very detailed and has caused me a lot of problems (depression, sexual dysfunction) I am in counseling and it seems to be helping. I have no memories of anything before third grade. Has anyone else in the world dealt with anything like this?

Well the father of my child is Muslim(Nation Of Islam) and we just recently had a baby girl she's 2 months old.He's 23 and I just turned 26.We've been dating on & off for about 5 1/2 years.Well we wanted a baby together,anyhow we conversed about marriage alot.During my pregnancy he treated me real bad & started to really act his age.His father keeps calling these meetings(about marriage).I have chosen to let him go & do what he wants b/c I know my worth.It hurts but he doesnt seem to want it right now.He seems confused sometimes.With the pressure of his dad it pushes h/away.Well we had a BLOW out arguement saturday and he disrespected me unbelievbly(the talk was about child support,he's paid none and he thinks its to much)well we were supposed to all meet.Me,him & his dad.He was excited @ first but when I brung up child support thats when the arguement and insults flew.He made it to where the meeting had to be cancled.I told h/he couldnt see her until I file a order b/c of h/disrespect

My God, I can understand sticking up for your point of view (both sides-i'm rep), but i think it ceases to serve a purpose when such vile attacks towards each other become common practice in every aspect of everyday life among people who otherwise are all mature intelligent people. It's beginning to get sickening. I have friends with opposite political views but we don't hate each other to the extend of personal insults such as 'retard' among others. We can maintain civility and still disagree. Mature thoughts welcome.
