NO. There are no sites that can fix your credit score.

I know the one who can fix your credit score is YOU.

For this lower score of 470. As my knowledge it is limited credit history. The lenders consider you as a higher risk to their financial institution and that's why they dint approve your home loan. This is the best reason for the information you provided with the question. I dont have your past credit history so i will stick to the same information and will give you the best advise i can.

So now if you have credit card use it upto 40% of the Credit limit and pay atleast 50% of the bill amount due before the due date. By keep doing this you will have good payment history. I request you to open the Savings Account with your Bank that will be an added advantage on your overall performance. Meantime do not apply for Any Crdit card, Loan, etc. that can affect your credit score. Please Do not apply the Pre-Approved offers of the credit cards that you get in the mail. If you do this atleast 8 to 10 months then you will have a very good history of payments and that will certainly lead to a good FICO score and the chances to get the loan from the financial institution would be higher than the current situation. So be patient and follow if you consider this safe and sound.

First of all get a copy of your credit reports by going to www.freeannualcreditreport.com. Next go over all the derogatory credit that is listed on the report from all 3 reporting companies. Make a list of all the collection accounts that have been reported in the last 2 years all others that haven't been updated leave them alone. Call those collection agencies and ask for 50-60% lower than what they say you owe. Make sure you send in the payment when you say otherwise you just screwed up again. Tell the collection agency you want a letter stating that you are paid in full once your check clears their bank.

Second, any account that is 5-6.5 years old dispute with the reporting companies either stating they are not yours or it is time for them to be removed. Most of the derogatories will be removed that you dispute just because there are too many companies that have no time to clarify the accounts and prove it is yours.

How fast do you want to get a mortgage? If you are looking on obtaining a mortgage within the next month or so this is what you do. Ask a close relative who has excellent credit and never late with any payments to their credit cards if they will put you on as an authorized user. Let them know and they are to tell the credit card company that you don't need the credit card if they are asked if they would like one sent to you. YOU ARE JUST AN AUTHORIZED USER. The relative should stress that their accounts should be reported to your credit report too. All you need is 3 good trade lines.

Third, pay all your bills on a bi-weekly basis. Take the minimum payments on credit cards and split it into 2 payments. Not only will your bills be paid on time but your credit scores will go up within 3 months.

You can't 'fix' your credit in a matter of minutes, days or even weeks. It generally takes months for it to change. Your credit is based upon your credit HISTORY, which goes back 10+ years. with a credit score that low, you defaulted on loans, missed payments etc. MANY times. The only way to repair credit is to do change your payment and credit habits by paying on time for several months so that with the passage of time, these good activities show up on your credit history.

Contrary to what was written above, you will NOT be able to get a loan that is economical to you. You are a VERY high risk, the probability of you defaulting on a loan is extremely high. Your score is in the bottom 1% of all scores, meaning 99% of the people have a better score than you do. If you can actually find someone to give you a loan, the interest rate will be so high you wno't be able to afford the payments.

Most companies that say they can "fix" your credit don't really fix anything... they just help you hide bad credit history.

If you have false information on your 3 credit reports, then you can fix it all by yourself. You just need to mail a few letters.

You have to pay your bills on-time to have good credit. If you have a 470 then your not paying your bills on time.

Go to www.cccs.org. This is a good start.

Also, not only do you need to pay your bills on-time, but you need to paydown your credit cards. If you have a limit of $3000 then it would be best to have no more than $1000 in debt. If you have $6000 in credit, then you should have no more than $2000 in debt. If you can pay your bills on-time and pay them down, you will be able to buy a home within one or two years.

The good news, with good credit, you can buy a house with $0 money down.

Also, talk to a GOOD mortgage broker or mortgage banker (one works for bank, the other works for a broker.) He or She can tell you how to EARN better credit.

unfortunately 470 is a horrible score. you will never get any kind of loan. Get a copy of the credit report from the lender that turned you down. then make sure all the bad things are actually yours. then get a credit repair agancy to work with you to reduce the bad debts that actually are yours. you forgot to mention that you had a car repossessed and that you take out credit that you didnt pay back! sorry LOL
