I live in a PUD (similar to a Condo, but we actually own the land we're built on). It has always been my belief the Board members were required to have E&O Insurance (errors &omissions). We had an HOA meeting tonight where it was brought to light that several very bad decisions had been made by the board, that the board actually took responisibilty for! The board said they couldn't be fixed as we have run out of money (mostly due to their gross negligence) I voiced my opinion that their E&O's should cover the cost. They maintain they don't have that. I know the must have something, otherwise how are WE protected? Um.. HELP?

Why would someone say when the child can swim that they can bathe alone? How deep ARE other peoples' bathtubs?? Drowning in a tub has nothing to do with capability to swim. They have young infant swim classes, but a child that age certainly couldn't run bathwater and not get burned, or get in/out of the tub okay...what am I missing?

I have read passionate post after passionate post from professed muslims proclaiming Aisha was Mohammed's 6 year old, 9 year old and 13 year old wife.

I have read contradicting posts that say she was handed over by her father in marriage and others that say she was a volunteer (at 6) desiring to be this old man's (some say he was 50, some say 40) gah! wife.

Some believers in Islam have said she didn't have sex with him until she was a WHOLE 9 YEARS OLD, though she married him at 6. Others say she had sex at 15. :::I'm going CROSS-EYED::::

All these contradictions and all from passionate Muslims who add the "PBU...stuff" after all their religious founder's names.

Why is it that you have all been told, passionatly by your spiritual leaders, all these different things? Why is it that you all can't seem to get the very beginning of your prophet's life figured out?

till a week back,i used to use a scrub,toner and then a moisturiser in the morning and then a cleanser with cotton wool and cold cream on my face in the night.never a sunblock cuz i had holidays all the time.now colg has started and i have to start using a sunscreen lotion cuz the climate here is really hot.but then my sunscreen doesn't have any moisturizer in it so my skin's drying up really fast.i can continue with my cold cream in the night but then i recently got the sides of my face waxed so i have a slight rash on them so m using aloevera in the night instead.
what do i do??my skin's drying up really bad.can u plz suggest a good sunscreen + moisturiser?m from India so Mac and MaryKay products are not available here.
plz dont say m being stupid and making a big deal outta nothing.i really love taking care of my skin.

I don't know the bride very well, but she has told me that weddings in finland are very formal occasions. They are getting married at 3pm, (it gets dark at about 1.30pm that time of year) by candle light. What can I wear that will keep me warm, but still look elegant?
Is it a complete no to wear knee high boots under my dress?
Being from the UK and only experiencing very mild weather I don't have many warm clothes. Also, I am a student and on quite a tight budget. I would like something that I will be able to wear again should another formal occasion arise.
I'm only 23, and I want to look classic, but not like an old lady. Please help!!

well i would like to know what you people think before doing something about it.Well it started yesturday in the morning when i wokeup to side pains on the lower side. I have recently seperated from my husband, meaning a move of home & school for my son and I. He hasnt settled in very well in school & it was very hard to get him to go until he made a new friend (a relief to me at first). However this kid is very 'street wise' & it turns out that he has been truanting with my son & getting up to all sorts (shop lifting ect.) which really upsets me as he was never brought up like that. On top of all of that this kids dad works in a video shop & lets his son watch all kind of things (mine also). I have spoken to his mother but she sais that I am ott. & that they realise it is only make believe. My son sais that if I stop him seeing this boy, he will not go to school or just 'bunk off' with him.
I have noticed a serious change in him (the way he is with me & his little brother).
Do all kids go through this 'fase' or should I be tougher on him, which is hard as he took the seperation badly & I feel guilty.
Advice would be very welcome, Jane xxx.
