my sister in law was working at the bank before, now she's retired. before she reached the position of branch manager, it took her 7 yrs. working in the same bank. as she said and to her experience, first of course you must be a degree holder, knowledgeble in every aspects about banking.,from being a bank teller upto administrative works.,and most specially you have a good attitude towards bank clients. work hard, love your job. ,be sure the bank you would like to work in, is stable. wish you luck
