I am buying a house on Saturday the inspector came in to check out the house I paid him a check for 225 dollars, My question is this if I go back and tell my realtor I want the things found wrong with the house fixed. If the seller agrees to fix the items found on the sellers report, Can the inspector come back to reinspect the house again to make sure the items he found on the house were fixed? And if so do I have to pay him again to have the house reinspected?

I once had a recipe for peanut butter balls and now I can't find it. I have searched the web and the only ones I can find have cornflakes or bran ceral or cracker crumbs in it. The one I had only had butter powdered sugar and peanut butter I think but I can not remeber how much of each and then you coated them with chocolate. Thanks alot to all who answer.

A power transformer blew in my neighborhood Saturday..it was too much for the power surge protector to help. My computer is only 3 months old and it fried my hard drive and disabled my element reader..What can I do? Is it the fault of the power company? Should warranty cover such a tragedy?

I have poison ivy on my wrist pretty bad, can I go in my own hot tub and it will be ok, or will it be bad and spread? I don't want my other family members to catch it, and I don't know if it can spread threw water...It's not leaking oils right now, it's pretty much dried up, but it's still really itchy. I am considering relocating to the South East as an internal job vacancy has come up in my company. I could live anywhere south of Luton down to the coast and as far west as Slough from the east coast. Does anyone have any ideas how much it would cost approximately to rent a house in this area ?
