Why do some guys have tiny ones, while others are dinnerplate sized? Can they shrink them by themselves?

I have no idea. I really don't know why we have them at all, guys I mean. I don't see them having a purpose other than to remind us what side the front of the shirt goes on.

eh. just depends... not all men are created equal physically.
My man has tiny nipples... i hate it :( Cuz i like guys nipples.. and theres nothing to them. boooo.....

the size of a man's nipples is genetically determined before the birth of the child. there is no way to make them smaller naturally.
yiu could have plastic surgery (quite expensive) to reduce the size of your nipples.
i never thought of this question until you brought it up. my nipples are very dark brown and quite round. they're both pierced, so i think that draws more attention to their size and color.
may women find larger nippled men a turn on. if also feels super good to have them sucked----the nipple itself gets harder and more erect.

The same reason some people are blonde and some are brunette. There is surgery to change their size.
