I have to find lyrics to a song that describes the hero cycle- in the beginning a character has a love and then trouble and then does something to save it- something like that. We are reading Beouwulf right now and he's a hero. Harry Potter's another example of someone who describes the HERO CYCLE.
I am just looking for a song that relates to the hero cycle.

I'm thinking about going to community college rather than applying to be a freshman in a 4-year-college. It's not because my high school record is bad (it is pretty strong, in fact), but because of financial problems I might have if I go to a 4-year college for all four years.

If I studied at a community college for 2 years before transferring into a 4-year college, will it look bad? Could I transfer to anywhere, even a top-tier school, as long as my record stays great? Is it more difficult to get admitted as a transfer student? is the process the same as it is for prospective freshmen?

I'm 21, about to move in to my own place for the first time. I'm in a long term relationship, in face we are engaged.

I was thinking the other day how if I suddendly died I'd lament the fact I was never able to say goodbye to Mum and Dad...my fiancee was secondary to them. However when I asked some friends, they were the other way around- they thought of boy/girlfriend, wife/husband first, then the parents. These people were all aged 18 to 50, some still living at home, others long ago moved out.

So I was wondering when this change in the 'closeness' of loved ones comes about, if at all in some people. Losing mum and or dad at this stage in my life, I think, would affect me much more than my fiancee- sounds harsh but it's true.

So what's your opinion? Cheers!

Serious question. Can this be done? It's sooooo simple and cheap for pets. Is it done for kids?

Normally the idea would be rather offensive to me, but in this case, the case of a child who has once been abducted and hidden (for a YEAR) by her father, and whose father is highly likely to do it again (courts have not limited his visitation and mom hasn't the money for fighting anymore in court).... well, it kinda seems like a good idea!

I don't know if you would call this song a remix or a gospel version,but he's singing the song with a female gospel artist.The song is called "Love" It's a song from his 1st released cd "ijuswannasing" but this version has a women singing with him on it and i believe she's a gospel artist,but i don't know who she is or where i can find this song.It's driving me crazy!!!
